We ran into a problem with dunkiin Donuts employees Sunday morning September 20th we frequent dunks every day WHAT HAPPENED &WHY PEOPLE IN THE store put in their 2 cents
Why can I not talk to a person? I have been on hold for over 1 hour 4 different times. I reloaded my card with cash, have receipt but nothing reloaded on card. Store said call Corp. Dunkin what's up?.
SAME!!! This is nuts! On hold now AGAIN.
why do i spend my money at dunnks and cant sit and drink it without being harrassed by your employees? you charge $3.16 and i cant sit and have my coffee that I paid for? remove the chairs then. And stop hiring rude managers.
You think that's bad..have any insight on the corporation..smh!!!!
What's happening?
Visited Parris Island SC last week and Hamstead NH this week and the service is terrible and coffee is not made. Staff is coughing and sneezing.

Service is good.The donuts are good first thing in the morning. The no paper with the donut.. No good!! Bring it back with the donuts.

I think the donuts are okay but I think the shakes are awesome and no matter which one I go to everyone's usually pretty friendly

The DD on 111, Cowbell corner located at B&H gas station are very courteous and pleasant. I've never been treated with nothing but respect. Very much appreciated.

I just wanted to let you know that your new paper straws are no good. If I do not drink my large ice coffee in 4 sips the straw starts to get soft and mushy. If I move the straw the straw starts to get ripped. Can we coat them in a wax or something to make them stronger. Thank you.

I love my Dunkin store - the entire crew is amazing! I miss my coffee when I am not in town.
